Room size and seating
Room dimensions, table layout and maximum participants determine the camera's field of view and microphone coverage.
Meeting platform
Microsoft Teams, Zoom or Google Meet. Many Jabra products have separate MS (Microsoft Teams) and UC variants, so confirm the variant for your platform.
Room PC, appliance or USB
Some rooms run a dedicated room computer or appliance; others connect a USB camera to the presenter's laptop. Appliance, USB and BYOD setups differ by SKU.
Displays and mounting
Number and size of displays, and where the camera or video bar will be mounted.
Audio coverage
