Cancelling a quote request
You may cancel a quote request at any time before you have confirmed the order and made payment. To cancel, contact us at info@crozsi.in or reply to the quote email. There is no charge for cancelling a quote request.
Cancelling a confirmed order
Once an order is confirmed and payment received, cancellation eligibility depends on the product type:
- Hardware orders: can be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us immediately at info@crozsi.in. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled — refer to our Refund Policy for return options.
- Software licences: can be cancelled before the licence key is delivered. Once delivered, cancellation is not possible.
- SSL certificates: can be cancelled before the certificate is issued. Once the certificate file is generated, cancellation is not possible — refer to our Refund Policy.
- SaaS subscriptions (Kommo CRM): subscription cancellations must be requested before the renewal date. Mid-cycle cancellations are not eligible for pro-rata refunds unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Subscription renewals
Renewal dates, renewal pricing and any automatic-renewal arrangement must be stated in the applicable quote or subscription agreement and accepted by you. Creating an account or consenting to marketing does not authorise automatic renewal or recurring payment.
Contact info@crozsi.in before the renewal date to confirm renewal or cancellation options. Do not rely on a reminder unless one has been expressly agreed.
How to cancel
To cancel an order or subscription:
- Email info@crozsi.in with subject "Cancellation Request – [Order/Quote Number]"
- Include your registered email address and reason for cancellation
We will acknowledge within 1-3 business days and confirm whether cancellation is possible. If eligible, any refund will be processed as per our Refund Policy.
Crozsi's right to cancel
Crozsi reserves the right to cancel any order at our discretion — for example, if a product is out of stock, a pricing error occurred, or we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued within 5 business days.
Statutory rights
This policy does not limit any cancellation, refund or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any cancellation charge must be disclosed and agreed in advance and must comply with applicable law.
