Digital products
SSL certificates, software licences (Kommo CRM) and other digital products are delivered electronically:
- Licence keys and activation instructions are sent to your registered email address
- SSL certificate files are available for download after issuance
- Delivery is considered complete upon sending the email
Digital delivery timelines:
- SSL DV certificates: within minutes of domain verification
- SSL OV/EV certificates: 1–5 business days after validation
- Software licences: within 1-3 business days of payment confirmation
Hardware products
Hardware products (laptops, desktops, networking equipment, printers, storage devices, headsets, barcode scanners) are shipped via reputable courier partners pan-India.
Delivery timelines are confirmed in your quote and depend on:
- Product availability at the time of order
- Delivery location (metro vs. non-metro)
- Customs/import timelines for specialised equipment
Typical delivery timelines:
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 5–7 business days
- Tier 3 and remote locations: 7–10 business days
Shipping charges
Shipping charges are quoted separately based on:
- Product weight and dimensions
- Delivery destination
- Urgency (standard vs. express)
Shipping charges are included in your final quote and invoiced as a separate line item with applicable GST. We do not add hidden freight charges.
Tracking
Once your hardware order is dispatched, we will send a tracking number and courier details to your registered email. You can track your shipment directly on the courier's website.
For order status queries, log in to your dashboard and check the Orders section, or contact us at info@crozsi.in with your order number.
Delivery address
Hardware is delivered to the address provided during the order/quote process. Please ensure the delivery address is accurate and accessible during business hours.
If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, redelivery charges may apply. Crozsi is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information.
Damaged or missing shipments
Inspect all hardware deliveries at the time of receipt. If you receive a damaged package:
- Note the damage on the courier delivery receipt before signing
- Take photographs of the packaging and product
- Contact us within 24 hours at info@crozsi.in
We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
