This Privacy Policy applies to Crozsi Ecommerce Private Limited ("Crozsi", "we", "us", "our"), incorporated in Tamil Nadu, India (CIN: U47912TZ2024PTC032053, GSTIN: 33AAMCC0041J1ZZ), operating the website crozsi.in.
We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and applicable Indian data protection laws.
Information we collect
We collect the following information when you create an account or interact with our platform:
- Account details: name, email address, phone number, email verification and authentication records
- Company details: company name, GSTIN, registered state, industry, company size
- Transaction data: quote requests, order history, payment records
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, device information, IP address
- Communications: emails, support tickets, and messages sent to us
Please do not include identity documents, passwords, payment card details or other sensitive information in enquiry fields or attachments. Payment providers handle payment credentials; we receive payment references and status needed to reconcile orders.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Provide and operate the Crozsi platform
- Process quote requests and orders
- Generate GST-compliant invoices
- Send transactional emails (order confirmations, quote responses)
- Send service notifications and important account updates
- Improve our products and services
- Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
Email marketing is optional. A preselected checkbox requests a confirmation email; it does not subscribe you. We send promotions only after you separately confirm using the email link and confirmation button. We record the notice version, purpose, source and confirmation time. Declining does not affect accounts, quotes, purchases or support. Each marketing email must provide an unsubscribe link. You may also email info@crozsi.in to withdraw. Transactional messages continue where needed to fulfil your requests. This email permission does not authorise promotional SMS, calls or WhatsApp messages.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Technology service providers: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and optional measurement), Resend (email delivery), Cloudflare Turnstile (abuse protection), and Upstash (rate limiting)
- Payment providers used for the payment link supplied with your order, to reconcile payment; the provider is identified at payment time
- Suppliers, distributors, certificate authorities and delivery partners: contact, organisation, domain and delivery details needed to quote, validate, license or fulfil your request
- Google: optional analytics and Customer Reviews features, when used
- Microsoft: optional Clarity analytics (session and interaction insights), when used
- Government authorities: when required by law or court order
Providers may process data outside India, subject to applicable transfer restrictions. Their privacy notices describe their processing. We limit information shared to the service required. Company workspace members may see shared company quotes, orders and addresses; invite only authorised colleagues.
Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Invoice, accounting and transaction records are retained for the periods required by applicable tax and company laws, and longer where an audit, dispute or legal hold requires it. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting us at info@crozsi.in. Transaction records required for legal compliance will be retained even after account deletion. Consent evidence and a minimal suppression record may be retained to demonstrate your choices and prevent further marketing. Unconfirmed requests do not permit marketing; confirmation links expire after 48 hours.
Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), hashed password storage, row-level security on our database, and access controls limiting data access to authorised personnel only. However, no system is completely secure. Please use a strong, unique password for your Crozsi account.
Cookies
Essential cookies and local storage support authentication, security, procurement lists and saved interface preferences. With your permission, Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Vercel Analytics/Speed Insights measure site use and performance; Clarity may also record page interactions (clicks, scrolling, mouse movement) to help us understand usability. Optional analytics is disabled until you select Allow analytics. Use Privacy choices on any page to decline or withdraw; withdrawal stops future analytics collection in this browser and clears Google Analytics cookies accessible to this site. Your browser stores this choice. Google Customer Reviews is a separate optional survey on eligible orders, and a Google seller-rating badge may load on storefront pages. Third-party security and review features can receive network information such as your IP address. Disabling essential cookies may prevent sign-in.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time
- Raise a privacy grievance with us and use available legal complaint mechanisms as applicable provisions commence
To request access, correction, erasure or withdrawal, email manu.prasad@crozsi.in with subject Privacy request. We may verify your identity proportionately before releasing or changing records. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law, including the phased commencement of the Digital Personal Data Protection framework. This business procurement service is intended for adults aged 18 or older acting for an organisation; it is not directed at children.
