Yes. Guests see List Price (or locked pricing). Sign in to your company account for business pricing and to place orders. This keeps quotes and invoices tied to your organisation.

Yes — every product we supply is sourced through authorised distribution channels. You receive genuine licences with valid warranties and full manufacturer support.

Add one or more products to your procurement list from the catalog, then open Quotes → New quote request (or use the list bar). Adjust quantities and notes, and submit a multi-line RFQ. Single-product Request quote also seeds the list. We respond within 1 business day with pricing.

Yes, when a product shows Place order (published business price and in stock). Use Request quote or Add to list for unpriced items, volume buys, or multi-product requirements.

When Crozsi sends a firm quote, open Quotes in your dashboard and choose Accept quote & place order. Enter shipping details — we create the order and send a payment link.

Yes. Create a company workspace from Dashboard → Company, then share the invite code with teammates. Buyers in the same company see the same quotes and orders.

We accept NEFT/RTGS bank transfer, UPI and major credit/debit cards. Payment terms are discussed at the quote stage. We do not accept cash payments.

Yes. Every purchase from Crozsi includes a GST-compliant tax invoice with IRN (Invoice Reference Number). Crozsi Ecommerce Private Limited is GST registered under GSTIN: 33AAMCC0041J1ZZ.

Yes — purchases from Crozsi are eligible for GST input tax credit for registered businesses. Our invoices include all required fields: GSTIN, HSN code, tax breakdown and IRN.

GSTIN must be updated in your profile before placing an order. We cannot amend invoices after they have been generated with an IRN. Contact us immediately if you need to update GSTIN details before your invoice is finalised.

DV certificates are issued within minutes of domain verification. OV certificates take 1–3 business days. EV certificates take 3–5 business days due to extended legal entity verification.

Yes — we offer an SSL Certificate Installation Service (CSR help, most server types, flexible scheduling). Request a quote at /ssl/installation, or raise a support ticket after purchase.

Contact us and we'll guide you through the re-validation process. If the certificate cannot be issued after multiple attempts, we provide a full refund per our refund policy.

Yes — we supply Wildcard SSL certificates that cover your main domain and all first-level subdomains (*.yourdomain.com). Browse our SSL catalogue for available options.

Software licences (Kommo CRM and similar SaaS or licence keys) are delivered electronically — licence keys or activation instructions are sent to your registered email within the committed timeframe.

Hardware (SonicWall, Jabra, Logitech, Zebra, Seagate) is shipped to your registered address via courier. Delivery timelines are confirmed at the quote stage and depend on stock availability.

Yes — we ship hardware to all major cities and towns across India. Delivery charges and timelines are confirmed in the quote.

Report damaged goods within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our refund policy.

Software licences and SSL certificates can be cancelled before activation/issuance. Hardware orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Contact us immediately at info@crozsi.in if you need to cancel.

Software licences are non-refundable once activated. SSL certificates are refundable within 30 days if not yet issued or if validation fails. Hardware is refundable within 7 days if defective. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
