FAQs4
- How do I choose the right printer?
- Start with class (desktop, industrial, mobile, RFID, ID card or print engine), then dpi (203 vs 300), thermal transfer vs direct thermal, and connectivity (USB, Ethernet, wireless). Use the configuration dropdown, or post a requirement with label size and volume.
- What is the difference between thermal transfer and direct thermal?
- Direct thermal prints on heat-sensitive media (no ribbon) and suits short-life labels. Thermal transfer uses a ribbon for longer-life labels that resist heat and abrasion, common for shipping and WIP.
- What supplies should we include?
- Most quotes include India power cord (when applicable), labels/media, ribbons (for TT), and optional Zebra OneCare. Share label size, volume and ribbon type on the RFQ and we add the right accessories to the quote.
- Is List Price shown on the site?
- No. Zebra is quote-only on Crozsi. Partner catalog List Prices are not published. Post a requirement for firm INR business pricing and GST-compliant invoicing.
