Can I play games directly from this SSD?
Yes. Unlike Seagate’s external Game Drive HDD/SSD for PlayStation, this internal M.2 expansion lets you store and play PS5 and PS4 titles directly from the drive on a supported PS5.
Is it compatible with PS4 consoles?
No as an internal upgrade — PS4 does not support M.2 NVMe expansion. Use an external Game Drive for PS4 storage. On PS5, PS4 titles can still play from this installed SSD.
Which capacities and SKUs can I quote?
APAC ordering examples: 1 TB (ZP1000GP3A3001) and 2 TB (ZP2000GP3A3001). Confirm live stock and regional model suffixes on quote.
Do I need a separate heatsink?
No. A custom heatsink is pre-installed and required for clearance and cooling. Do not remove it — removal can damage the drive and void coverage.
