How does the SmartRinger in the Engage 50 II work?
Sensors detect whether the headset is being worn or lying on the desk. If it is on the desk and a call comes in, SmartRinger can ring to alert you. While wearing the headset, SmartRinger stays silent because you hear the call in the ear cups. Adjust or disable SmartRinger in Jabra Direct.
